First things first, the location of the Boutique in the newly opened Gulf Mall is a bit offset and the easiest way to find it is to get to the ground floor food court and look right behind it, and you have the Burger heaven waiting for you. You may find a lot of waiting as is with all the new launches in the country.
Now, my expectations were roaring high and I was comparing every bit of the place to my hometown (Kuwait). The ambiance was totally upto the mark, vibrant, catchy and modern but the music was too loud for my liking (only my opinion) and it was very hard to understand what the server would explain. Each dish that was brought to our table, also came along with a detailed explanation by the kind servers and that only shows how well they know their product. Although, I would like to mention that a constant attention to the guest table is a bit overpowering for a dining experience.
The farmer’s salad - the bestest salad I have had in my life (yes, that good!) - you could actually taste the freshness and the crunchy bits of nuts was the icing on the cake.
You can also go for a lettuce wrapped burger if you don’t fancy the burger buns. I am nowhere close to giving up my gluten tooth :P and with places like Burger Boutique who bake their own breads every single night, I don’t think I can even get to that point of quitting!
We missed trying the desserts and there was hardly any appetite left after gorging onto 8 sliders, ~6 appetizers and salads. I am definitely going back for the most talked about waffles. To keep us company throughout our meal was the Blackberry Lemonade which was great but needed a little more punch of flavor for my palate.
On this note, I believe this poster by Zomato absolutely suits me :D :D
