From the point you enter the restaurant, you are in a different world right from the gazebo at the foyer to the outdoor seating overlooking the Arabian sea. A nice cozy table was setup for 4 persons and a toddler in the interior of the restaurant exactly as I'd asked at the time of reservation. The Al-fresco area was gorgeous but the weather on that day was a mix of pleasant, windy, sand storm and back to being gorgeously breezy (we spent a great time at the rooftop post brunch).
My first date with quinoa in the Spicy Quinoa salad with fresh cut vegetables and chopped herbs was a hit and surely we are in a new relationship.
One would imagine this as an end to the meal but there was a lot more - the course 2!
The main course was a great compilation of Opal Mini Beef Burgers, Roasted USDA Prime Beef with Yorkshire Puddings, Red Snapper, Baby Chicken et all. The highlight being the Mini Burgers and baby chicken.
The a la carte brunch is priced at QR 295 per person and includes the said menu (changes periodically) with water, soft drinks and hot beverages.
Timing: 12 pm - 4 pm
I would, without a second thought, give it a 5 out of 5.
