Chocolate Bar is a New York’s award winning Chocolate Store founded by Alison Nelson who has a passion for coffee herself.
Aiming at visiting Chocolate Bar but never being able to get there is something I regret now. Right from the chic interiors to the morning wishes in chorus are warm and inviting. It is a must to mention that the Restaurant Manager Nina is a wonderful lady and adds such a positive vibe to the ambiance.
Sipping on my Spicy Hot Chocolate kept me calm (read: extremely nervous) while the many shoot takes and photographs (video shooting for the first time for a restaurant brand). The restaurant was quite busy for an early morning.
The American Breakfast comes packed with a basket of fresh homemade croissants & breads. The platter was a fluffy omelet with mushroom, cheese and tomatoes (as requested) with grilled tomato and Hash Browns. I, absolutely enjoyed the eggs and complimented very well with my fresh Orange juice. It more than suffices as a one person meal. Priced at QR 75 would seem on a higher end but considering that everything is fresh and the bread basket is entirely homemade is of great value. The almond croissant and the pain au chocolat was to die for (read: chocolicious)!

I'm yet to try their gorgeous lunch menu but before that I cant wait to experience the afternoon tea on offer! Yes, they do my favorite meal of the day - check this space soon for the update.
